Originally created by the legendary choreographer Marius Petipa and composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky in 1890, Sleeping Beauty remains a treasured ballet classic.
Lavish costumes, spectacular pageantry, and the world’s most famous kiss! A classical masterpiece, The Sleeping Beauty represents ballet’s golden age with its large cast of fanciful characters, grand pas de deux, spectacular action and powerful love story.
