We would love to invite all of you to the Academy’s of Russian Classical Ballet End of the Year Performance 2018.
On the program:
– Our youngest dancers on the stage! Level A and A* students, 3-5-year-old girls.
– Variations performed by participants of the worldwide famous ballet competition Youth America Grand Prix 2018
– Contemporary and Jazz
– The original production of ARCB “Emelya” ballet (“Емеля” – Rus.), choreographed and staged by our artistic director Yanina Mikhaylyuk.
The children’s ballet Emelya is the original production of ARCB, based on Russian folk tales, choreographed and embodied by our artistic director Yanina Mikhaylyuk in 2014.
This story revolves around a lazy boy named Emelya. Emelya spent most of his days lounging on the Russian stove, doing nothing, while his family worked hard in the fields. One day, however, Emelya caught a Pike. The Pike was no ordinary fish. Filled with magic, it was able to grant Emelya anything he wanted in exchange for its freedom…
PERFORMANCE DATE: Saturday, June 9th, 3pm
RUNTIME: One and a half hours approx. /Two Acts including an intermission./

ADMISSION FEE: $20.00 All ages require a ticket for admission.

Tickets will be available at the gate 45 minutes prior to the beginning of each show.
Pre-sale tickets: Mon-Fri 4-9pm and Sat 9am-4pm at the Academy of Russian Classical Ballet.
